Tumby Bay is one of South Australia’s premier fishing spots. There are plenty of places anglers can look forward to catches…from the town jetty, one of many pristine beaches or rock fishing spots. There are also boat ramps for fishing in the bay or heading out to the Sir Joseph Banks Group of islands for larger species, including King George Whiting.
Tumby Bay has great shopping, excellent dining and as well as bushwalking, bird watching, walking and hiking trails, lookouts, museums, and galleries. It also has a vibrant street art including the beautiful silo mural and there’s the Colour Tumby Street Art Festival in April each year.
Visit Port Lincoln for Australia’s best seafood, Coffin Bay for its oysters and incredible National Parks, and the agricultural town of Cummins.
